Its been almost a couple of years since I opened up a savings account with HDFC. I had some pretty bad experiences with the leading public sectors banks namely SBI and PNB that refused to grant me Netbanking service which was my primary requirement. HDFC too wasn’t inclined to let me open a no-frills account so went in with the savings account that had a Rs.5000 minimum balance requirement back then but has now increased to Rs.10,000 effective March 1, 2009.

MTV, the youth channel comes up with loads up entertaining stuff that keeps us hooked to it. MTV Roadies is arguably by far the best reality show that Indian television witnessed. Five seasons have been aired uptil now and the 6th one got underway a few weeks back. Indian Idol, another reality show which was hugely popular when it was first put on-air in 2004-2005, has lost its charm as its iterations have increased. So what makes MTV Roadies tick even after five successful seasons?

If you happen to know me, then probably you would know about my first blog as well. I am talking about Ankur Gupta Online which I started a couple of years back. After its string of popular education related posts, I decided to dedicate it towards those and start up this new personal blog!
